Oak Park would love to host your next pool party! Not only do we have a beautiful pool, we have a covered shelter, a grill, and deck games including 4 Square, Corn Hole, and Ping Pong. You are welcome to bring your own food or have food delivered. Our party packages offer you exclusive use of the shelter and grill however you can move the party to the sun and lawn chairs if you prefer.

How much are party rentals?

Can I schedule an event after hours?
No. We are unavailable to accommodate after hours events at our facility.
Can I schedule an event that lasts longer than 2 hours?
Yes, the prices listed are for 2-hour rentals. If you would like to have a 3-hour rental it would be the price of a 2-hour rental plus ½ of that price. 4-hour rentals would be 2 times the 2-hour rate, etc.
Is a certain day available?
The most up to date information is on our calendar at http://www.oakparkpool.com/Calendar.
If you scroll through to the date you want, and there are no other events during that date and time, then we are available to host your event. The exceptions to this are major holidays such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July and all Tuesdays (one Wednesday) that Oak Park is hosting a swim meet. For the 2017 season those dates are Tuesday, June 13th, Wednesday, July 5th and Tuesday, July 11th.
How do I reserve my space?
Parties must be reserved at least 2 weeks prior to the party date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in booking a party and board member will respond to your inquiry within 24-hours. We kindly request for all inquiries and reservation requests to be made through email and to not call the pool directly. The pool's direct number is staffed by the lifeguards who can not assist in reserving a party date.
We require a non-refundable deposit of ½ the price of the event and the liability waivers signed before we will reserve your space. Only when we have received both of these will we hold your date. The form can be found here and can either be dropped off during regular pool hours, mailed to Oak Park Pool, P.O. Box 32258, Raleigh NC 27622-2258, or scanned and emailed back to: email@example.com.
What is your inclement weather policy?
While we will make every effort to work with you in the event of inclement weather, we do not guarantee that we are able to do so. Deposits are non-refundable. If there is potential for inclement weather, please contact the pool manager ASAP to see what, if anything, can be done.
Do you host private parties?
No. We never close the pool to our members.
Do you rent to non-members?
Yes. There is a $50 fee for a 2-hour event for non-members. Prices can be found at here.
Can we bring/order food?
Yes. We do not have a kitchen facility but you are welcome to bring your own food to grill (we do provide a grill) or have food delivered. Delivery address: 4425 Oak Park Rd, Raleigh, NC 27612
Can we have a DJ?
Yes with a caveat. All music must be family friendly and the music volume must be reasonable for the neighborhood. No loud or inappropriate music will be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask the DJ to leave if they don’t abide by our rules.
How many guests can come?
We are able to host up to 50 guests at one time.
Are there lifeguards?
Yes. The price of the event includes Red Cross certified lifeguards for 50 minutes every hour.
Children’s party info!
A “Children’s Party” is a party in which the guest of honor and most of the attendees are under the age of 15 years old. Our prices are all listed per swimmer. For example, if you want to schedule a children’s party for 10 kids, but then have 10 parents in the water with the children as well, you would need to book a party for 20 people. We book events with the number of swimmers so that we can schedule and insure enough lifeguard coverage for your event.
